SPICY GARLIC SQUID

INGREDIENTS:

  • Squid of “Peixos Savall”
  • Alls
  • Bitxo
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Sal

ELABORACIÓ

Our clerks will clean you and cut the squid into strips. Put the oil and chilli in a saucepan. When hot, add the squid and sliced garlic, salt and add the chopped parsley. Let it cook for a few minutes and it is ready. Bon Appetit!
